Nope, it’s not a typo, Nuneaton turned into our second outing at Stoneleigh this year!

There was an unfortunate last minute hitch with the booking at Nuneaton, leading to a mad dash to find somewhere that could fit 20 odd golfers in at a days notice!

We’ve always had a strong relationship with Stoneleigh and they were good enough to re-arrange some tees to give us a block booking together and then put on food as well.

A big thank you to Stoneleigh for preventing the cancellation of the October fixture.

We also managed to mainly avoid the forecast poor weather as well.

Congratulations to Dan G (36) who edged out JD (34).

The mugs (having been already printed), unfortunately all read “Nuneaton”. Perhaps they will become collectors items?
