A record breaking turnout for our first event of the year , with 29 golfers turning up for our annual January pilgrimage to Kilworth. Despite some really wet weather beforehand, the course was in good condition and this was reflected in the results. Congratulations to newcomer Jon T who won with an impressive 40 points. Commiserations to Doss, who he beat on count back. I thought I’d done well with 35 points, but that only put me in 4th place overall. On the plus side, I now get a stroke back and I won my knockout match against Lee 🙂
