What fantastic weather for our 2021 return to the fairways. I started in 3 layers but quickly ended up in just a polo shirt.

It was nice to play Ullesthorpe at a different time of year. We normally go there in November for the pairs.

This time it was a regular stableford competition, with (considering the enforced break), some reasonable scoring across the field. Congratulations to Brian E, who came first with a round of 34 points.

On a side note, I can recommend the “Rules of Golf” app as a handy reference. However, I have to admit to only scoring 8 out of 18 on the quiz!
